Nuvance Health is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our hospital setting. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize management structures and workflows to continually improve quality and efficiency.
- Provide oversight of patient care on all units to ensure quality of care and service.
- Collaborate with CNO and Nursing Directors to support and drive nursing initiatives and goals.
- Participate in performance management, including annual performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures as required.
- Comply with all Health Quest and affiliate policies and ensure compliance with all applicable law and regulation.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time position working evening/night shifts. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and nights.
