Key Responsibilities:- Engage collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to obtain requirements, configure, and test Workday solutions tailored to address diverse business challenges.
- Refine business processes, craft custom validations, establish conditional rules, and design calculated fields.
- Lead efforts to enhance processes and implement automation strategies.
- Deliver comprehensive functional support for the Workday Financial system.
- Oversee the entire end-to-end cycle, encompassing requirements gathering, implementation, and testing.
- Collaborate with Finance team leads on implementation of best practices and system efficiencies.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes.
- Support integration testing and provide functional inputs.
- Maintain security policies and roles.
- Proactively maintain Workday data integrity through audits and queries.
- Provide end-user training to ensure Workday and dependent systems user fluency.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows, and procedures; ensure SOX requirements are maintained.
- Manage relationships with vendors and consultants related to financial systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field required.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday support and administration with Revenue/billing, expenses, supplier accounts, and intercompany modules.
