We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team at Homestead Health Services. As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our residents in accordance with our center's standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our center's menu and dietary requirements
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a clean and safe environment
  • Manage food inventory and supplies to ensure that we have adequate stock
  • Collaborate with our Dietary Services Manager to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Food Handler's Card or Serve Safe Training required
  • Previous cooking and/or culinary experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products preferred
