This role provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-facing position, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing differentiated customer service, focusing on customer needs, and accurately performing cashier duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
  • Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items when needed.
  • Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
