Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our HomeGoods team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Adhere to all operational and merchandise standards, including inventory management, pricing, and display maintenance.
  • Support and participate in store recovery efforts as needed.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
