Position Overview:
This role offers a competitive starting wage of $23.30 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inventory assessments and audits, providing thorough documentation of findings.
- Investigate transactions and discrepancies to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain reports and records in both printed and digital formats.
- Identify products within the inventory management system and verify code dates.
- Execute a full range of inventory reclassification and transfer tasks.
- Assess and process products returned by drivers.
- Reconcile routes, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Manage debit and credit adjustments using accurate reason codes.
- Perform clerical tasks and audits to support warehouse operations.
- Utilize material handling equipment to move and stage pallet loads.
- Comply with company standards for safety, product handling, and food safety.
- Maintain accurate timecard records for attendance reporting.
- Adhere to the Division Attendance Policy.
- Work in various environments, including office, ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in Inventory Control or Clerical roles within a Distribution Center setting is preferred.
- HACCP experience is a plus.

Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and electronic inventory databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent mathematical abilities and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of resolving routine issues and analyzing complex situations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support inter-departmental efforts.
- Must be able to operate and obtain certification for Powered Industrial Trucks (e.g., Pallet Jack, Stock Picker).

Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environments ranging from 0°F to 34°F.

Compensation:
The expected compensation for this role is $23.30 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
