About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Topside Facilities Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient execution of assigned projects or studies, ensuring compliance with project contractual obligations, and meeting client and company safety and quality requirements within established budget and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the safe and efficient execution of assigned projects or studies
  • Ensure compliance with project contractual obligations
  • Meet client and company safety and quality requirements
  • Identify future opportunities with current clients
  • Build client relationships and improve client understanding of drivers and challenges
  • Support business development campaigns to grow and diversify our market footprint and client base
  • Responsible for proposal preparation and delivery
  • Work with operational teams to ensure agreed project gross profit targets are met
  • Deliver projects in compliance with internal and/or client processes
  • Accountable for project profitability executed as per proposal
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of experience in upstream facilities engineering. Good communication and organization skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft applications, are essential. A good understanding of various types of offshore floating production units, such as spars, TLPs, semi-submersibles, FPSOs, etc., is also required. Experience in offshore asset life extension/brownfield projects and good understanding of automation and electrical design principles, piping, and facilities layout design are preferred.
