- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
- Ability to pass required state and company background checks.
