  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and data analysis to support business decisions
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
