Job Summary

Big Deal Outlet is a rapidly growing retail establishment with a strong focus on liquidating products that cannot be sold through regular retail channels. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Morning Stocker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload product from truck containers and stock the store shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the store shelves are consistently stocked with product from the Warehouse, maintaining a high level of organization and presentation.
  • Rotate store merchandise regularly, both in the Warehouse and on the retail sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the Cashier as needed, providing support during peak periods.
  • Perform janitorial duties as required, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.
  • Proven history of honesty and integrity.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively, with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrate high-level diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when interacting with customers and other department staff.
  • High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
