Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in our hospitals and outpatient settings. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients in our hospitals and outpatient settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work closely with our nursing staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Hospitalist or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
