- Public Speaking / Corporate Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, or seminars using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning platforms) to cater to different learning styles ranging from small to large scale audiences.
- Leadership Development: Create programs specifically aimed at developing leadership skills among managers and high-potential employees.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify key positions and individuals for succession planning to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal processes and systems that align with the company's objectives and values.
- New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation sessions (bi-weekly) to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, values, and expectations.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads to align talent development initiatives with the organization's overall strategy.
- Utilize Technology to Enhance Talent Strategies: Proficient in a broad range of talent development technologies, including (but not limited to) learning management systems, survey and feedback tools, performance management software, succession management tools, content creation software, and communication and collaboration tools.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, 3-5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Organizational Learning Management, and public speaking.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certificate in Learning & Development or related preferred.
- Language Skills: English.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills.
- Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This role requires frequent driving and an annual motor vehicle record check is required. Telecommuting is available.
