Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Specialist to join our team at W Seattle. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every meal is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and manage the menu
