Job Title: VP/Branch Manager

Sound Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP/Branch Manager to join our team in Burien, WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our branch team to achieve individual and branch goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize exceptional member service and develop staff to provide efficient and friendly service.
  • Lead and support branch team to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Coordinate branch functions and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Promote credit union's image and growth in the local community.
Requirements:
  • Three years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required, preferably in a financial institution.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
