In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with referring specialists and general dentists in the surrounding areas.


Relationship Development:
Establish and nurture relationships with referring offices through regular visits and engagement with staff. Organize and coordinate social events, such as lunches and snacks, to foster a sense of community and enhance relationships.

Office Support:
Ensure the inventory of branded materials is well-maintained.
Accountability and ability to work independently after training are essential. A reliable vehicle is required for visits to farther or dispersed locations. The ability to travel independently to practices is also necessary.
Proficiency in multiple online programs is expected. CRM experience is a plus.

Benefits:

Performance will be evaluated based on the number of office visits and the strength of relationships built with the offices.
