- Supervise professional and paraprofessional staff
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting tax department, specifically with business returns and high net worth clients
- Bachelor's degree, EA or CPA required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Experience with research tools (RIA, BNA), paperless workflow systems, and CS Professional Suite (UltraTax, Accounting CS/Workpapers CS, Practice CS, Fixed Assets CS)
