Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment facilities, distribution systems, and storage solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and detailed engineering reports.
  • Ensure adherence to standard engineering practices and thorough documentation across various projects.
  • Evaluate design alternatives, address technical challenges, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct design calculations and provide engineering insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Offer construction support services, including reviewing submittals and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a Master's Degree preferred. A Professional Engineer (PE) registration in California is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years in the planning and design of water/wastewater systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
