Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and a passion for crafting both classic and innovative beverages for our patrons. Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their preferences, answering inquiries, recommending menu selections, and preparing and serving drinks and food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and engage with them to ascertain their beverage preferences.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of drink offerings and inform customers about new items and promotions.
  • Accurately mix ingredients, garnish drinks, and serve beverages to customers.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality standards.
  • Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and returning correct change.
  • Keep the work and dining areas clean by disposing of waste, cleaning tables, and washing glassware and utensils.
Our establishment operates year-round, including weekends and holidays, which are typically our busiest times. Flexibility in scheduling is available, and we encourage open communication regarding any potential conflicts during the interview process.
