Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards, productivity goals, and company deadlines.
  • Adhere to work instructions and blueprints to identify surfaces and quality specifications.
  • Examine components for any damage.
  • Prepare parts on a steel rack and conveyor system for the coating process.
  • Utilize spray booths and manual spray equipment effectively.
  • Ensure the correct paint is utilized according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Conduct quality inspections post-curing to verify proper curing of parts.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, complying with the company's 5S procedures.
  • Handle packaging, wrapping, and banding of finished products.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with powder coating methods and equipment is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours daily).
  • Frequent overhead reaching is required.
  • Experience in a production setting is preferred.
  • Able to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Dependability and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must wear all necessary protective equipment while performing coating tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with morning shifts.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
