We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Bridgeport Hospital. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to pediatric and infant patients in a variety of settings, including the NICU, ICU, and Emergency Department.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by promoting open communication and a culture of excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Pediatric and infant experience required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
