  • Identify consumption trends to mitigate stock shortages and excess inventory.
  • Lead monthly inventory counts and conduct bi-annual audits.
  • Propose strategies to minimize variances and waste while controlling expenses.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to execute all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in warehouse/logistics/inventory management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position is primarily indoors, involving both office and floor work.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Frequent standing and walking are necessary, with occasional sitting and manual handling of products.
