- Identify consumption trends to mitigate stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Lead monthly inventory counts and conduct bi-annual audits.
- Propose strategies to minimize variances and waste while controlling expenses.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to execute all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in warehouse/logistics/inventory management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is primarily indoors, involving both office and floor work.
- Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds is required.
- Frequent standing and walking are necessary, with occasional sitting and manual handling of products.
