Job Overview

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Wellness Representative to join our team. As the face of our locations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our innovative wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and assisting with wellness services
  • Facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process over the phone and in-person
  • Onboard new clients, completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Represent the Restore brand, embodying our core values and mission
  • Create a fun and engaging store culture, ensuring every team member is involved and valued
Requirements
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
