Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kiddie Academy of Bryan. As a Lead Teacher for Young Minds, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical, social, and emotional development in children
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
  • Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Meet all state requirements for this position
  • Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is a plus
  • Pleasant and friendly demeanor, with an outgoing personality
  • Highly professional and dependable, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday
