Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance on our rapier systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our weaving equipment, working closely with the department manager and supervisor to identify and implement solutions.

3. Conduct daily inspections of our textile production lines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

4. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

5. Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including documentation of repairs, replacements, and other maintenance-related tasks.

6. Participate in regular maintenance meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.

7. Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into the production schedule.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
