Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Program Manager to join our team at Northwest LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of critical data governance processes.

About the Role: In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of functionalities within data governance tools and technologies. You will also curate operational documentation to support the usage of these tools across the entire organization.

  • Curate operational documentation to support the usage of these tools across the entire organization.\
  • Ensure that all data assets subject to governance processes adhere to appropriate policy and standards.\
  • Lead the design, development, and support of ongoing maintenance for an end-to-end data lifecycle management approach.\
  • Apply data governance frameworks and manage data, operating models, data policies, and standards.\
  • Lead in the application of data governance frameworks with a focus on continued improvement of data quality and adherence to the Bank's data governance strategy.\
  • Lead data governance team members in translating business rules to data quality rules and implementing those rules into data profiling processes.\
  • Investigate data quality issues, develop proposed solutions, and remediate those issues.\
  • Facilitate regular data working group sessions with business partners to identify and document critical data assets and their uses.\
  • Monitor data quality processes, identify patterns, apply remediation plans, and implement data controls.\
  • Develop, review, and follow standards, policies, and processes regarding data quality management.\
  • Lead the development and maintenance of program-level metrics and reporting for the Data Steering Committee.\
  • Lead product demonstrations to showcase the functionality of tools and technologies.\
  • Work closely with the Training Department to develop and refine enterprise training content.\
  • Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, Federal/State regulations, and Microsoft Office Software.\
  • Navigate computer applications and software specific to the department.\
  • Work as part of a team and work with on-site equipment.\
  • Avoid injuries and report them to supervisor.\
  • Know what to do in case of an emergency.\
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields is required.\
  • 5-6 years of experience in data governance or quality management is necessary.\
  • Experience in banking and finance industry with a focus on bank operations and regulatory environment is desirable.\
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships, present ideas clearly, actively listen, make right decisions, and navigate multiple demands.\
  • Experience in managing enterprise data assets, Master Data Management technology landscape, meta-data management, data quality, and stewardship tools is advantageous.\
  • Cloud and data management trends, developing data guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards, and hands-on operational management are preferred skills.\
  • $95,000 - $110,000 per year.\
