Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Technical Analyst to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for cloud-based applications, including troubleshooting and issue management.
  • Collaboration: Plan and lead collaboration with IT, software vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management: Ensure team members have necessary resources to accomplish assignments, and notify manager of workload problems.
  • Documentation: Prepare application specifications, reviews and evaluate programming efforts, and prepare management-level reports.
  • Leadership: Oversees the maintenance of existing applications, monitors the resolution of problems, and ensures the preparation of system-level documentation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies, as well as knowledge of Jira and agile project tracking tools.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Visio, MS SQL Server database, and.NET, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to plan, assign, and monitor the work of others, coordinate and solve complex problems, and handle multiple projects.
Working Conditions

This position requires regular and predictable attendance, and may require work outside of regular hours and travel to other work locations.
