Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expenditure for the account
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
- Implement catering events and special occasions with precision and attention to detail
- Roll out new culinary programs and initiatives in conjunction with our marketing and culinary teams
- A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
- Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a focus on high-volume, complex foodservice operations
- Catering experience and knowledge of food and catering trends are highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
