The Program Director works in collaboration with operations, MTM support departments, and Transportation Providers to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience managing large, profitable operations teams in a multi-million contract environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring business outcomes and contract goals are defined and met, while maintaining a strong working relationship with key Client personnel.
Other responsibilities include conducting quarterly Town Hall meetings with all levels of staff, monitoring Client Satisfaction beyond statistical data, and keeping abreast of changes to NET program rules, regulations, and policies.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a variety of people and job positions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
We offer competitive pay that varies based on individual skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Salary Min: $90,720
Salary Max: $125,000
