Job Title: Clinical Manager

Clinical Manager (RN Certification required) - Miami, Florida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Care Center in Miami, Florida. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising clinical and surgical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise clinical and surgical staff and operations.
  • Oversee the Care Center's operational flow, identify, communicate, and implement processes and training to improve patient care.
  • Organize and assign duties and responsibilities to the team.
  • Create staff schedules to ensure all physicians have the appropriate coverage.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all tasks.
  • Review and approve staff timecards and PTO requests, monitor attendance and overtime, and counsel staff as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care, patient/staff interactions, and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure all protocol and/or procedures remain up-to-date and communicated to the team.
  • Provide verbal and written staff performance evaluations annually or as needed.
  • Maintain adequate clinical supplies and identify needs for new products.
  • Ensure equipment is in working order and schedule maintenance annually.
  • Provide all new staff with an orientation to back-office operations, procedures, and equipment.
  • Assist providers as needed to maintain patient flow and provide coverage during any staffing shortage.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings to provide training and updates to the team.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (or higher) in nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • Current ALS and BLS certification required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a Clinical Manager or Nurse manager role required.
  • 2+ years' experience in women's health, fertility, or OB/GYN preferred.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office and clinical setting. The employee is regularly required to communicate with others, sit, stand, and/or walk, use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type, and reach with hands and arms. Employees are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and operation of standard office machines and equipment.
