Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is a key member of our operations team, responsible for providing on-shift technical support and leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for manufacturing staff
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Related work experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
