Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admitting Worker to join our team at University of California Irvine Health. As a key member of our ambulatory clinics, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter patient data into the registration system and verify insurance and/or third-party coverage
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments
  • Perform general clerical and reception duties

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
