YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:

- Maintain security at designated posts: ensure visibility, manage challenging situations, monitor for safety risks, and assist in medical emergencies as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises as instructed.
- Monitor the comfort, safety, and security of our guests while stationed at assigned posts.
- Provide security for monetary transactions and assist customers with various needs, including directions and transportation issues.
- Offer specialized assistance to guests with disabilities when necessary.
- Oversee entry and exit from secure areas, maintaining accurate logs as required.
- Coordinate with fellow officers on various assignments and keep detailed activity logs.
- Document incidents involving legal violations or breaches of company policies in comprehensive reports.
- Ensure adherence to all operational protocols and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about special events and promotions available to guests.
- Represent the company positively and encourage colleagues to do the same.
- Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior and collaboration with guests, team members, and supervisors.
- Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Eligibility for licensing with the relevant gaming commissions.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in security or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, and bilingualism in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members.
- Capability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically mobile, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to perform various physical tasks in diverse environments.
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands are required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The noise level may be high, and the role requires adaptability to various weather conditions and exposure to second-hand smoke.
