Clinical Care Coordinator

Neighborhood Psychiatric Associates is a New York-based mental healthcare practice led by a team of board-certified psychiatrists and highly trained psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Clinical Team as a Clinical Team Member. This role is a key member of the Clinical Care Team, responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate, and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to scheduled clients, promoting positive team interactions and embodying the Company's Employee First mentality
- Collaborate with other members of the Clinical Care Team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities
- Participate in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss treatment formulation, progress, regress, and/or failure
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000-$100,000 per year, plus benefits. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and empowering change in the lives of our clients.
