Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

- Maintaining accurate records and files using office software and other tools.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Identifying and resolving administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Processing transactions and payments efficiently and accurately.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
