About the JobThis Nursing Assistant role is a critical part of our long-term care team. As a caregiver to our residents, you will provide individualized support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate CNA to join our team at GSS ND Mandan Miller. This 8-hour per day shift position offers a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $25.50 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
Responsibilities- Provide resident-centered care and support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, activity, and dietary needs
- Communicate changes in resident condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed
Please note that this role may require certification and training for long-term care, which will be provided by the facility.
Requirements- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of hire date
