Nursing Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Assistant to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As a Medication Assistant, you will work closely with residents and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Job Summary:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and nutrition
- Administer medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on various topics, including health, wellness, and disease management
