Land Surveyor Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor Manager to lead our survey operations team. This role entails overseeing various land surveys in different locations, with up to 50% expected travel. This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in land surveying.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Coordinate Boundary Surveys
  • Lead Topographic Surveys
  • Conduct Construction Layout
  • Manage As-Built Pipeline Surveys
  • Supervise 3D Scanning
  • Guide UAV Surveys
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of property survey experience, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
  • Experience with Trimble GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
  • Ability to organize field notes
  • Ability to read Construction Plans
  • Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred
  • LSIT, preferred
  • Ability to execute field staking
  • Strong math skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • 50% travel required
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
