Land Survey Technician

All candidates must have shown experience as a Land Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
- You will perform land survey work through the application of surveying principles and practices and use of modern survey equipment.
- You will operate instrumentation, clear brush, drive stakes, hold chains or rods, record data, prepare sketches and maintain equipment as needed.
- You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for utilizing surveying software applications to gather, retrieve and interpret important data, and performing basic survey computations.
- Ultimately, this position will provide a foundation for further professional development as a land surveyor.
- Cutting edge technology via laser scanning, robotics, GPS systems, and drone technology.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in surveying; or High School graduate with a minimum of 5+ years experience.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory including a clean driving record.
- Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
