KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cloud Infrastructure:
    Assist in the development and deployment of applications, ensuring proper configuration and unit testing. Gain insights into cloud architecture across various domains, including application development, identity management, network management, and cloud security. Support the architectural framework for diverse cloud models such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • System Analysis:
    Engage in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of moderately complex systems that enhance clinical care and patient management. Document testing results and contribute to the development of technical solutions and comprehensive user documentation.
  • Technical Support:
    Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for production issues. Troubleshoot error messages and identify resources needed to address minor to mid-sized challenges. Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and monitor system performance.
  • Professional Development:
    Enhance your knowledge and skills through cross-training and participation in educational seminars. Foster positive relationships within the organization and encourage teamwork while preparing presentations and instructional materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Relevant skills and knowledge in cloud technologies.
