Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills to diagnose and resolve issues with equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
  • Work with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
  • Type I/Type II EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
