Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU/Peds team at Richmond University Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current registration in New York State as an RN.
  • Diploma and Licensure required.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 2 years NICU/Peds experience preferred.
  • BSN required.
  • Current BLS required.
  • NRP, and PALS certification preferred or to be successfully completed during orientation.
  • APHON certificate preferred or to be successfully completed within 1st year.
  • PCAR or TCAR certificate preferred or to be successfully completed within 6 months.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $54.161/hr - $62.417/hr (commensurate with experience). Richmond University Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
