Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CoreCivic. This role is responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to offenders, promoting positive change and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective program participants to determine individual and group needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and CoreCivic policies.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs, utilizing standardized assessment information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of clinical files and adhere to written protocols and laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the mental health or substance use counseling field.
  • Colorado Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary

$35.36 per hour.
