Salary Details

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $36.00, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. This represents a competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an LPN at SnapCare will include:

  • Providing basic care for patients, such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with bathing and dressing, and changing bandages.
  • Administering medication as prescribed by a physician.
  • Communicating with patients to explain treatments and listen to concerns.
  • Reporting changes in patient health or behavior to nurses, physicians, and family members.
  • Documenting patient care and maintaining health records.
  • Participating in initial and ongoing assessments of a patient's health status.
  • Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current unencumbered CO LPN/LVN license.
  • At least one year of experience working as an LPN.
