Job Overview:

The Sales Utility position at Aunt Millie's encompasses a variety of essential tasks vital for the efficient operation of our sales branches.

This role demands physical endurance and strict compliance with safety protocols. Direct interaction with retail customers, including store managers and receiving staff, is a significant component of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organization within the sales branch.
  • Assist in loading and unloading products onto company vehicles.
  • Operate company vehicles to fulfill sales routes as necessary.
  • Organize products in retail settings according to company standards.
  • Engage with retail customers, including store managers and receiving personnel, to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to sustain a secure work environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving record.
  • Successfully pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
  • Pass a drug screening successfully.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills necessary for essential job functions.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering quality service.
  • Commit to providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and dedication.
Driving History Requirements:

Applicants must not have any convictions within the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug-related offenses, reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension, fleeing/eluding law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 mph above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (excluding seat belt infractions).
