Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all necessary sales documentation for sold vehicles, including Bill of Sale, Warranty Exclusion, and Limited Warranty documentation.
  • Organize and file all vehicle purchase documentation for scanning in our document management system.
  • Provide administrative support and correspondence to customers, sales teams, and third-party partners regarding vehicle titling.
  • Complete OEM chassis warranty documentation accurately.
  • Process supplier invoices on a daily basis.
  • Conduct daily audits of title records and documentation inventory.
  • Monitor and manage customer payment statuses.
  • Address and resolve complex state titling and tax requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of administrative experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred and may be accepted in lieu of experience.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in title or registration processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the electrical utility industry is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
