- **Maintain Physical Fitness**: Maintain a healthy fitness level by swimming and working out on a regular basis, ensuring you are physically capable of performing your duties.
- **American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification**: Possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, demonstrating your expertise in lifeguarding and emergency response.
