Qualifications:

Education:
Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining environment.

- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of culinary terms, procedures, and practices.
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.

- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Intellectual/Social Demands:
This role requires the ability to multitask under time constraints and maintain focus on precise details and accuracy. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

Physical Demands:
