Job Summary

6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Crew Lead to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for supervising installation assistants on job sites, completing residential and commercial HVAC replacements and new systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time to stock the truck with common materials needed for installations.
  • Oversee job installations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
  • Conduct proper startup procedures and troubleshoot startup issues to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Work within project management software to ensure all processes are documented and up-to-date.
  • Supervise Installation Assistants, ensuring all work is quality controlled and good use of time management.
  • Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Field transitions on ductwork to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • 4+ years of HVAC Installation experience.
  • Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service.
