Job Overview

At Goldfish Swim School - Milford, we're dedicated to teaching kids how to swim and be safer in and around the water. As an Afternoon Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our swimmers and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise swimmers during lessons and activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with instructors and other staff members to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children and provide a supportive and engaging environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure effective teamwork and safety protocols
  • High energy and a strong work ethic to maintain a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
About Us

Goldfish Swim School - Milford is a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and teaches children to be safer in and around the water. We're committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our swimmers, instructors, and staff.

We follow all CDC and WHO safety standards, and our state-of-the-art ventilation system ensures fresh air circulation throughout our facility. Our pools are disinfected with chlorine to provide the safest swimming environment.
