Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform various duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance. The ideal candidate will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, and preparing paperwork. They will also deliver vehicles while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist Collision Estimators with vehicle inspections and repairs
  • Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure timely completion of repairs

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
